ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Women Missing later alter into Sections 363 of IPC, r/w Section 6 of Protection of Children Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.1135 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Poonamallee on 21.07.2020. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh impleading them.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition,and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh application to implead the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
