This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court named as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurantakam, instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, in the above Crl.O.P.No.5510 of 2026.

2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5510 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026.
