ORDER

This Writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeks police protection for erection of cell phone tower.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that there is serious objection from the Villagers and therefore an enquiry has to be conducted. Only if erection of tower is safe and free from public access, permission to erect mobile phone tower will be granted. Anyhow, the requests of the petitioner is under consideration and a necessary order will be passed within a period of 45 days.

3. Recording the same, this writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
