ORDER

[made by M. SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr. G. Ilamurugu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'WP' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a prayer to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come back to this Court with another writ petition with regard to alleged encroachment in Poolambaadi lake. This request is acceded to. To be noted, such a course became necessary as 15.02.2023 representation talks about a request to the authorities to measure writ petitioner's land in Survey No.415/1A, Arumbavoor Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District also for which the writ petitioner has neither made an appropriate application nor paid any fee.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
