2.Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader for Union Territory of Puducherry requires time for six months. However, it would be appropriate that further three months time is granted and it is hoped that further extension may not be requested and if requested only on bonafide reasons.
3.Unfortunately, there is no representation on behalf of the first respondent/writ petitioner. However, I am confident that no prejudice would be caused for awaiting for another three months for the order to be complied with.
