Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take appropriate disciplinary action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2015 for having failed to discharge his statutory obligation under Section 154 CrPC by not registering the petitioner's complaint dated 06.12.2014 disclosing commission of several cognizable offences and subsequently threatening the petitioner to withdraw his complaint dated 06.12.2014 to favour the fourth respondent.
