ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2423 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 29183 of 2020 on 27.02.2020, to report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.2423 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 29183 of 2020 on 27.02.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is still pending.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2423 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29183 of 2020 on 27.02.2020. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
