Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to stop the illegal construction in Survey No.84/3, 53/13, Parameswaran Nagar, 3rd Street, Chennai 600 030, Nungambakkam Village and Taluk by the 4th and 5th respondent constructing the building without proper permission or plan from the 1st respondent and consider the representation given by her dated 21.08.2017 and 05.09.2017 within the prescribed time stipulated by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to work out his remedy administratively as well as under the Common Law and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.K.Soundararajan, learned Standing counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
