Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.V.VARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6047 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21166 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 405, 417 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No.52 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
