Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 22.02.2021 in bail application in Crl.OP.No.2101 of 2021 that the petitioners should sign before the Virudhachalam police station every day 10.30 a.m. this Honble court may be pleased to relax the condition due to Sunday lockdown and enlarge the timings to sign and pass such further or other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOSEPH JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2101 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Cr.No.2154 of 2020, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
