For Petitioners: Mr.Kandan Doraisami in the above WPs For Respondents: Mr.Harsharaj, Government Advocate in the above WPs C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.Harsharaj, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the State/R1 as well as Registrar, Co-operative Societies/R2 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally even at the stage of admission.

The prayer is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.03.2021 and to transfer the petitioners to a place close to the native district Cuddalore on humanitarian grounds after completion of tenure as Office Assistant, Dharmapuri District Central Co-operative Bank, Dharmapuri on 11.05.2021.
3. Mr.Harsharaj, would point out a discrepancy in the prayer as set out in the writ petitions and as set out in the representations. However, Mr.Kandan Doraisami, learned counsel for the petitioners would confirm that it would suffice that R2 be directed to consider and dispose the representations of the petitioners dated 12.03.2021 and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In light of the submissions as aforesaid, a mandamus is issued directing R2 to consider the representations of the petitioners, hear the petitioners, preferably virtually, and
pass orders thereupon within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
5. These Writ Petitions are disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
