The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Fast Track, Mahila Court, Salem to dispose the case in D.V.O.P.No.32 of 2013 within a stipulated period of time as expeditiously as possible.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the D.V.O.P.No.32 of 2013 filed by the petitioner was pending before the Additional Fast Track, Mahila Court, Salem for a long time. Hence, he has come forward this present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Additional Fast Track, Mahila Court, Salem to expedite the trial in D.V.O.P.No.32 of 2013 and dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
