ORDER
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.01.2025, an explanation has been received from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. It appears that the reason for the matter being adjourned from 10.01.2025 to 17.02.2025 was that a prisoner in Puzhal Central Prison had died in judicial custody on 10.01.2025 and the learned Judge had been deputed for inquest duties at Government Stanley Hospital, Chennai. Consequently, the ministerial staff of the Court, in the presence of the petitioner's counsel, adjourned the case to 17.02.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
