It is made clear that the petitioners 2 to 4 shall not enter the jurisdiction limit of Adiyamankottai Police Station" imposed by this Hon'ble High Court in Crl.OP.No.9421 of 2020 by its order dated 07.07.2020. O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9421 of 2020, dated 07.07.2020 to report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.No.9421 of 2020, on 07.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9421 of 2020, on 07.07.2020 is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. However, the other conditions are relaxed.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
