ORDER
The sole appellant in the appeal had died and CMP Nos.8463, 8464 and 8465 of 2025 are filed to condone the delay of 2762 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners/legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the affidavits.
3. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
6. List the second appeal after two weeks.
