O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Section 9 r/w 2(16) and Sections 50, 51 and 52 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner before this Court. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.4885 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 17.04.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, further no change of circumstances arises for considering second anticipatory bail. This Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
