(REF.CR.NO.8 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the condition '(b) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders' imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7849 of 2021 vide order dated 26.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.RAJAMOHAMED, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7849 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC altered to Sections 120(b), 294(b), 307, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC in Ref.Cr.No.8 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposes this petition and submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from 25.04.2021.

4.It is seen from the submission that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from 25.04.2021. However, considering the prevailing COVID-19 situation, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions already imposed on the petitioner, who shall appear before the respondent-police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered.
