ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the complaint dated 12.12.2012 given by the petitioner and to investigate the crime committed by the offenders and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 12.12.2012 and thereafter, he had filed Crl.O.P.No.7033 of 2014, which was withdrawn by him on 28.04.2014 and thereafter, he had filed Crl.O.P.No.24977 of 2014, which was also withdrawn by him on 10.09.2014. Now, suppressing these two petitions, the petitioner has filed the present petition. Hence, on the short ground, this petition requires to be dismissed. That apart, for an alleged complaint in the year 2012, this petitioner has filed a direction petition in the year 2016 and therefore, this petition suffers from vice of laches.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
