This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.R.S.Anandan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay of 177 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order and list for admission on 05.07.2024.
