By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the house property situate in S.Nos.216/4 and 216/6 in Makkinampatti village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District and one Kittusamy who is the resident on the Southern side of his property, has trespassed into the said property on 20.01.2016 and also damaged the compound wall and started making his own claims. The petitioner in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 12.04.2016 to the respondent praying for measurement of the property situated in S.Nos.216/4 and 216/6 and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2016, in accordance with law, after putting on notice Mr.Kittusamy and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to Mr.Kittusamy. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
