Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.LAVANYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.OP.No.2461 of 2017 dated 17.02.2017.

2. Now the petition has been filed to extend further time to execute the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2461 of 2017 dated 17.02.2017.

3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. Hence, time is extended and he petitioner is directed to execute the bond in the order dated 17.02.2017 in Crl.OP.No.2461/2017 on or before 14.12.2017.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam on or before 14.12.2017. -sd/- 06/12/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
