This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to close the criminal case in FIR No.266 of 2019
dated 03.04.2019 pending on the file of 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's letter dated 06.04.2019 since the petitioner has not lodged any such complaint on 03.04.2019 on his own volition and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to give appropriate direction / instruction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the signature obtained by S.P.Sugumar and Prakash as if the petitioner made a complaint dated 03.04.2019 and registered the same as Crime No.266 of 2019 dated 03.04.2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is working as a Manager in Amman Security Services at Sankaranpalayam, Vellore 1.
In the course of the business transactions, the petitioner's employer is providing security service to Sai City Centre who is having the possession of the property at Vada Vellore Village measuring to an extent of 7 acres and 10 cents. The petitioner very much annoyed why the 1st and 2nd respondents have taken the personal interest and threatening him in contrary to law and the Criminal Rules of Practice. Hence, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and made an endorsement to withdraw the complaint lodged by him registered in Crime No.266 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and close the FIR. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
