O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2015, investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to co-operate with the enquiry.

5. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
