JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the appeal was heard for sometime, counsel, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file an application before the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
