ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dharmapuri, to dispose case in C.C.No.209 of 2016.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered an F.I.R in Crime No.49 of 2013 against the accused persons for the offences punishable under Section 120(b), 406 and 420 of IPC and after completion of investigation charge sheet was laid on 17.02.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dharmapuri, and the same was taken on file on 02.12.2016. But, till date, the trial has not been commenced.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
