Prayer in W.P.No.11933 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent in K1/862/2018 dated 06.05.2021 (served on 08.05.2021 at 6 PM) and to quash the same and consequently allowing the petitioner to run the Shop No.19 in the allotted premises as per the lease granted vide Proceedings in K1/862/2018 dated 04.11.2020 with payment of compensation for the illegal demolition of superstructure of the shop, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

Prayer in W.P.No.11937 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent in K1/862/2018 dated 06.05.2021 (served on 07.05.2021 at 6 PM) and to quash the same and consequently allowing the petitioner to run the STD Booth and Snacks Shop in the allotted premises as per the lease granted, vide Proceedings in K1/862/2018 dated 04.11.2020 with payment of compensation for the illegal demolition of superstructure of the shop, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

2. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
