2. Learned Government Pleader (in-charge) submitted that the issue involved has already been covered by the judgments in Traffic Dr. K.R. Ramaswamy v. State, Rep. By The Chief Secretary and others (dated 02.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.28745 of 2017 etc. batch) and J.Anbazhagan v. The Speaker and others (dated 27.04.2018 passed in W.P. No. 3153 of 2018).

3. It is further submitted that the very same issue is also covered by a Division Bench judgment in M.L. Ravi v. The Chief Secretary and others (dated 23.01.2019 passed in W.P.No. 21701 of 2018), which dismissed the writ petition.

In view the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected WMP Nos.14651 & 14652 of 2018 stand closed.
