C O M M O N O R D E R These contempt petitions have been filed praying to punish the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the order of this Court.

2.This Court had directed the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners, based on the proposal sent by the College and by taking into account the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.26780 to 26782 of 2017 dated 03.11.2017. For non compliance of the order, the petitioners have filed these contempt petitions. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader produced a letter dated .10.2019 from the Director of Collegiate Education addressed to him, wherein, it is stated that the proposal for appointment approval has been received from the connected Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tirunelveli and the same has certain defects and hence, they could not process for implementation. It is further stated that after rectification of the defects, the Court order may be complied.

4.In view of the above, no contempt arise and these Contempt Petitions are dismissed. However, this order will not stand on the way of the College Management of the petitioners to send correct proposal to the appropriate Authority and thereafter, the appropriate Authority may pass orders.
