ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. An endorsement to that effect has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as under: "We may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal to Government within a period of two weeks."

In view of the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prefer an appeal within a period of two weeks. It is made clear that status quo, as obtained today, in respect of the property in question shall be maintained for a period of two weeks. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
