..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land in Plot No.55 measuring an extent of 3234 square feet in Old R.S.No. 309(Part) and Plot No.39 measuring an extent of 2673 square feet in Old R.S.No.310/1 (part) and new T.S.No.2 in Block No.11, Ward No.27 situated at Tulsiram Nagar, Sathangadu Village, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai and fix boundary stones by disposing of the petitioner's online application dated 25.02.2026 with the aid of fourth respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 25.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted his online application on 25.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's

property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem it fit.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the interested parties, whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondents 2 and 3, the fourth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.

No costs.
