The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Villupuram, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2018 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. http://www.judis.nic.in

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petition under Section 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, was filed in I.A.No.11 of 2019 on 21.08.2019 and the same is still pending. Without disposing of the interlocutory application, the Rent Control Original Petition cannot be disposed of. Therefore, a direction is given to the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Villupuram, to dispose of I.A.No.11 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2018, within a period of one month from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
