Tower at Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk in Village No.2 in Gudalur Village in S.F.No.996/1 in Acr 4.80 cents of land subdivided in plots in the name of "SRINIVASA NAGAR" Plot No.20. The said property presently sub divided into Joint Patta No.2195 in S.F.No.996/1A3 limited, Gudalur Town Panchayat Limit and also direct the respondents 4 to 7 to co-operate with respondents 1 to 3.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance work on the said BTS transmission Tower at Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk in Village No.2 in Gudalur Village in S.F.No.996/1 in Acr 4.80 cents of land subdivided in plots in the name of "SRINIVASA NAGAR" Plot No.20, which is presently sub divided into Joint Patta No.2195 in S.F.No.996/1A3 limited, Gudalur Town Panchayat Limit and also direct the respondents 4 to 7 to co-operate with respondents 1 to 3.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is putting up transmission tower in the leased out land, which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, the respondent police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
