O RDER The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application dated 10.03.2023 and to issue computer patta to the petitioner in the light of A-Register of the vacant land comprised in Survey No.72/1, measuring an extent of 0.14.5 ares (36 cents), situated at V.Kumaramangalam Village, Vridachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate for respondents that after receipt of the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of computerized patta dated 10.03.2023, the 2nd respondent has now conducted an enquiry and is about to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the subject land.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondents, this Court directs the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.03.2023 seeking issuance of computerized patta in respect of the subject land, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
