ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings F.No.L11011/1/2020-EP-I dated 26-04-2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to lower the eligibility marks of up to six marks of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) prescribed for admission to Indian Medicine UG Course of Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (B.S.M.S) course, for the academic session 2020 - 2021 under the Management Quota seats in Self Financing Indian Medicine and Homeopathy
Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu and for further direction to the first respondent herein to extent the cut-off date of admission for the academic session 20202021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing and submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
