O R D E R

Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the first respondent. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission itself.

2.The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation and objections dated 12.04.2021 given by the petitioner and take action on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

construction of the temple at S.F.No.104/37 in Pattakkaranpalayam Village, Erode District, by the respondents 2 to 5, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.The case of the petitioner is that despite several objections made by the village people and various organisations, the respondents 2 to 5 are constructing a temple in S.F.No.104/37 in Pattakkaranpalayam Village, Erode District, without obtaining necessary permission from the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation dated 12.04.2021 to the 1st respondent to take action in this regard. Finding no response on the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer made in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well the respondents 2 to 5, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
