Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta bearing No.46 issued in favour of the 4th respondent mother namely Late. Savithriammal by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27/11/2020.

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a Mandamus directing the third respondent to re-examine patta No.46 issued in favour of the mother of the fourth respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020.

3. Primarily, it appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and his family members. The fourth respondent is none other than the paternal cousin of the petitioner. The petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claims that the patta originally stood in the name of his grandfather Mr.Ramasamy Naidu. The third respondent, however, granted patta in favour of the mother of the fourth respondent. Questioning that, the writ petition has been filed.

4. A representation dated 27.11.2020 has already been given to respondents 1 to 3.

5. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020 by issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and thereafter pass a detailed order within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
