This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file the final report in Crime No.19 of 2021 dated 12.07.2021 now pending investigation on the file of the first respondent. 1/4

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case has been transferred to the first respondent from the second respondent and hence, there may be a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report by three months. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with the direction to first respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
