ORDER
The wife has come before this Court filing a petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Salem to be transferred to the file of Family Curt, Chennai, where petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.503 of 2014 is pending.

Even though the respondent has been served as proved by the petitioner's counsel notice dated 9.1.2015, as per the postal endorsement, which shows that the notice was delivered on 12.1.2015 and the name of the respondent appears in the cause-list and no one entered appearance.

Since the petitioner is living with her minor son in Chennai, there may not be any possibility for her to travel all along 330 kilometer to appear before the Family Court Salem on the hearing dates.
