This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vanur, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.123 of 2022 in O.S.No.67 of 2015.

The revision petitioners are the defendants. The plaintiff has filed the suit for specific performance.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit is pending from the year 2015 onwards. However, in the year 2022, the revision petitioners had chosen to file a petition in I.A.No.123 of 2022 to reject the plaint and the same is pending and hence, a direction should be given for disposing the application within a fixed time frame. 4.

The revision petitioners were watching the suit for 7 years and all of a sudden, they had filed the petition to reject the plaint. No doubt the trial in the suit would have commenced by this time. As per the report of the learned trial Judge, it is seen that I.A.No.123 of 2022 was 2/4

posted to 03.08.2022 for filing counter. Taking into consideration of the long pendency of the matter, it will be appreciable if the learned trial Judge disposes the application at the earliest.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned District Munsif, Vanur, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.123 of 2022 in O.S.No.67 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
