Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to either hand over or transfer 2/3rd value of the funds lying in the Banks Accounts/deposits in the name of my late Husband Shri.S.Jeganmohan into the bank accounts of the petitioner herein within a time frame fixed by this Court.
