ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that after this contempt petition was filed for the purported violation of the Court Order dated 07.08.2023 in W.P.No.23117 of 2023, the Respondents/Department had moved a Miscellaneous Application for extending the time for passing the Order.

2. It appears that the Miscellaneous Application filed by the Respondents/Department was also ordered and time has been extended by four (4) months on 19.07.2024.
