This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 01.08.2015 and investigate the same.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, there is a clash between two groups and that the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.323 of 2015 under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and has forwarded the same to the Tahsildar for taking appropriate action.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
