Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23602 of 2017 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23602 of 2017 dated 07.11.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Trichy, once in a week for a period of four weeks.
