ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation of dated 01.03.2023 seeking removal of a trespasser from the petitioner's house.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner was issued CSR Nos. 8 & 10 of 2023. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same were closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
