When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have already passed an order pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.25363 of 2021 dated 19.10.2023 and a copy of the said order dated 21.03.2023 is also placed before this Court by duly serving a copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the contempt proceedings against the respondents and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
