ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 20.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.P.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for respondents. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 13.05.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other rival parties, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
