ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint acknowledged in CSR.No.444/2016 dated 22.06.2016 and to investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.174 of 2016 before the respondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
