This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police to register the complaint and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.08.2015 to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint to higher-ups. Hence petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the jurisdictional Police along with wound certificate and discharge summary. It also appears that, a counter complaint is pending against this petitioner.

5. The respondent Police is directed to enquiry into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
