Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for Directorate of Enforcement would submit that ECIR has been registered in ECIR/CEZOI/62/2022 dated 23.11.2022.

2. At that juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with ECIR.
