J U D G M E N T

The matter is taken up for final disposal today (08.03.2018). The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that even though the appellant has filed the appeal aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.861 of 2009 in OS 300/2009 dated 02.03.2010, he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit itself.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for that.

3. Considering the submissions made by both the parties, direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the O.S.No.300 of 2009 pending on its file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
